Prof. Dr. Enis Tulça completed his BA in International Relations, his MA in Aegean Sea disputes, and his PhD in Turkish-Greek relations between 1929-1945 at the University of Montpellier in France. After working in the private sector between 1984-1999, he joined the Political History Department at Galatasaray University. At Galatasaray University, the courses he teaches cover Turkish-Greek relations and the Cyprus issue, and Turkish Foreign Policy in the Balkans. He has published numerous articles and six books in Turkish, French, Romanian, Greek, and English. Currently, he is also teaching at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Political Sciences.
