Perros Liakouras is a Professor of International  Law at the University of Piraeus. Expert and Advisor on International Law. Member of the Greek delegation in bilateral negotiations on maritime delimitation with Italy, Egypt, and Albania, in the International Conference on Cyprus (Geneva, among Pelegrín, and Crans Montana ) and of the legal team drafting the Presoa agreement. Author of books and articles on the law of the sea, the Cyprus question, the legal dimensions of the Greek-Turkish relations. He joined the Greek Turkish Forum in 2019.
